XML feed
ANDA Present Ltd. offers the possibility to import our products data from our system to our distributor's webshop automatically. This is a great tool for those would like to list the products with detailed information, prices and printing information. We generate individual XML files that contain your own discounted prices. The product, labelling and category info contains all languages that are available on our webshop.

If you would like to use an XML feed, we have to activate your XML feed access first. For this, we need one or more static IP addresses from where you would like to reach the XML files. To start the XML activation process, please contact your sales representative.
Shipment XML
ANDA Present Ltd. offers the possibility to import the shipping data from our system automatically to our distributor's system. We generate an shipment XML file that contains all the important data regarding shipping and tracking. The provided XML file contains the following information:
- order number
- external reference number (optional)
- tracking number
- delivery address
- shipping items
- code
- quantity + unit
If you would like to recieve a shipment XML, first we have to activate the shipment XML file sending option in our system. For this we need an e-mail address where we can send the shipment XML file in the future. Please contact your sales representative if you would like to activate this feature.
Order API
ANDA Present Ltd. offers the possibility to place orders from your system (web/ERP) automatically to ANDA’s system without logging in to our webshop or without contacting your sales representative. To make use of the ANDA Order API, we highly recommend integrating our XML feed first, so you always have the proper and actual data of:
- Product information
- Pricing information
- Inventory information
- Printing information and printing price
The Order API can be used to:
- Make an order entry
- Get order details
- Get order tracking info
- Get invoice details
- Get print-proof status
The ANDA Order API service is a standardized web protocol. REST API (Representational State Transfer) is used to exchange information between ANDA and its client’s system. Depending on your ERP system or on the software you are using on your website, you might need to integrate or develop a communication software.
