Registration, login

How can I make purchases on your site?

An active user account is required to make purchases on our website. If you already have a sales representative, please contact them. If you have not already done so, enter your details in our registration form (Registration). Once the information is received, we will contact you with further steps to be taken.

How do I register?

If you already have a user account in our old webshop, please contact your sales representative. If not, enter the requested information into our registration form (Registration). Once the data has been processed, you will be contacted by the designated sales representative and we will send you an activation email once you have been registered in our ERP system. By clicking on the activation link you can set any password for the given email address on the website. Please note the security requirements when entering your password:

- must be at least 6 characters

- including 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter and 1 number

Occasionally, the activation email may arrive in your spam folder, so please check it.

Login

Upon successful activation, the system will log you in automatically. If not, click on the Login button on our website and enter the email address and password you entered when registering.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten or want to change your login password, you can set a new password on the Login page using the Forgotten password feature. You will then need to enter your login email address, which will be emailed to you shortly. You can set a new password in the email by clicking on the Enter new password button.

 

Frequently asked questions

Why do not I get a feedback after registration?

We process the information you provided at registration and record it in our ERP system, which may take more time depending on the workload of your daily session, in this case please be patient.

Why do not I get an activiation email?

In some cases, email systems may put emails from an unknown sender in Spam folder, so please check your activation email in that folder too. If your company has its own IT team managing the mail system, we recommend that you set the noreply@andapresent.hu email address on the whitelist to ensure to get future emails such as order confirmation emails.

Why can not I login?

There are several reasons why your attempt to enter our site may fail. As a first step, make sure you have selected the correct country in the top menu bar. It is important that you always try to access the portal that is appropriate for your country.

If this does not work, make sure you enter the correct email address and try to enter a password that complies with the security guidelines:

- must be at least 6 characters

- including 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter and 1 number

If this still does not work, please contact your sales representative.

Why can not I login with my username and password from your old webshop?

In order to serve our customers better, faster and in a more modern way, we replaced our old webshop, which also included a redesign of the back-end system. Unfortunately, the old login information cannot be used in the new webshop. If you previously had a user account, please contact your sales representative.
